Your Health is something you should care dearly about but if you’re like most people chances aren’t you don’t think twice before eating a fatty steak. There are however ways in which you can try to save yourself from the evil that is, bad health.

  • Healthy Diet Is Very important if you want to maintain yourself.
  • If you stick to a proper diet for your entire life, you’ll always stay healthy and fit.
  • Your Diet should include food with high Fiber content as they’ll increase your metabolism and better your digestion.
  • Your diet should also include lots of fruit and veggies as they are an essential source of important nutrients.
  • Drink water instead of sodas as you most probably won’t want diabetes by the time your 20.
  • Cut out dairy products, try soymilk instead of whole milk.
  • Try Whole grain bread instead of plain bread you get from your bakery.
  1. Exercise Daily:

  • Exercise is obviously a very important aspect of trying to maintain a healthy diet.
  • You’ll need to prepare yourself beforehand for the tough training that’s stands ahead of you.
  • You should remember one crucial aspect of exercising, never give up.
  • Do Cardio whenever you can and wherever you can, small steps lead to a better you.
  • Go to the gym, start small here too, with just the cycle or the treadmill and move onto the bigger stuff as you go along.
  • Remember there is no fast tracking good health, you’ll need to be patient and not rush or you’ll hurt yourself.
  • Exercise will help you dodge all diseases that could potentially be fatal to you, so forget about Heart Diseases, Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes because they won’t come near you.

  • The more time you spend in a hectic routine the greater pressure and you exert on both your body and your mind.
  • Stress is one of the main factors people get ill, as it can be physically and emotionally damaging.
  • So try your best to maintain yourself and stay away from places your mind won’t want to be near.
  • This is life though and you’ll encounter many situations where you won’t feel too comfortable in.
  • Even through the tough times however find reasons for yourself to stay happy, and find comfort in even the most insignificant stuff life has to offer.
  • Enable yourself and take control in what you do in life, because it’s you and only you who can change it, remember that.

  • You might be one of those people who don’t want to look at the gym, maybe you don’t like it maybe you just find it way too hard, nevertheless there is another way for you.

  • I don’t really know anyone who isn’t a fan of sports (DUH), but even if you aren’t(YOU’RE WEIRD) don’t worry, sooner or later you’ll find something you love, and you’ll do it forever.
  • If for some great reason, you take up boxing. The first few times is going to be really hard. But after a month or two you’ll find yourself wanting to punch that punching bag, even when you don’t have to. You’ll get passionate about it, you’ll love it, and the best part you’ll get healthy, fast.

  • For a healthy life you need to be on a healthy routine, which proper timings for everything in life.
  • A proper time for you to eat the three meals of the day in appropriate proportions.
  • A proper time for you to exercise and work on yourself.
  • Most importantly a proper time for you to wake up and sleep properly.

Scientific facts prove that a scarce sleeper is nowhere near as healthy as a man who gets his 8 hours. Less sleep means that you can never concentrate on anything, and you will be mentally stressed throughout the day. Not only that but you’ll also be very weak physically, and won’t be able to perform any of your tasks like you’re used to.

  • I’m not even going to talk about any of the drugs you just thought of. Let’s keeps this simple and talk about stuff you think is not that dangerous.
  • If you wish to stay healthy you’ll need to drop these habits and start working your life, because nothing good is ever going to come from these obsessions.
  • Smoking kills. There are no ifs and buts in this reality, and you’ll have to accept that. So quit smoking now if wish to live above the age of 50. And when you do quit be a firm in it, and never go back, like Jack Reacher (lame).
  • Alcohol is no treat either. If for some reason you’re not aware of the fact that alcohol causes liver disease and yes you can die from that. Prolonged drinking can also cause hepatitis and others ARLD.
  • Healthy means staying away from alcohol and smoking as much as you can, so go on be a pioneer of health and kill these addictions.If you have alcohol dependency or drug dependency issues get help, it is very difficult to develop the psychological changes in order to beat addiction without help

  • From now on, think healthy in whatever you do in life. Health should be one of your top priorities.
  • You should always know how much calories you intake by the bite. Look up the food you intake so you have a better idea of how much of it you want going in you.
  • Maintain a proper weight and don’t overdo anything. Your weight should according to you and not some fitness magazine.
  • A good hygiene also goes a long way, and I mean that in a very literal sense. Brush your teeth two times a day, take showers daily, and wear neat clean clothes always.
  • Your atmosphere that you live in should also be a symbol of good health. You understand that whether it’s a two room apartment or a two storey house, you should always keep it spotless. A healthy environment affects your behavior in a very good way and you’ll always stay positive and very optimistic.
